What the integration does
Google Calendar is optional and belongs to the individual CRM user who authorizes it. UNITIX Soft CRM checks that user's availability, creates and manages CRM-linked events on calendars the user owns, sends guest updates through Google Calendar, and creates Google Meet conference details when selected.
UNITIX Soft CRM does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, People, or full Calendar access. Administrators cannot implicitly use another user's Google authorization.
Minimum permissions
| Scope | Purpose |
|---|---|
calendar.events.owned | Create, read, update, delete, and manage recurrence for events on calendars owned by the connected user. |
calendar.freebusy | Read busy ranges needed to prevent double-booking without reading unrelated event details. |
userinfo.email | Show which Google account is connected. |
Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in and open Bookings → Settings.
- Select Connect on Google Calendar.
- Choose the Google account whose calendar you own and want to connect.
- Review the three permissions above and select Allow.
- Return to UNITIX Soft CRM and confirm the correct connected email.
If the card says Reconnect required, select Reconnect and approve the updated minimum permissions. The existing connection remains available during migration until you reconnect or disconnect it.
Availability and privacy
Booking pages combine working hours, buffers, CRM meetings, and Google Free/Busy ranges. Visitors receive only available or unavailable slots. Conflict responses do not disclose event titles, descriptions, exact conflicting start times, attendees, or Google event metadata.
Events, recurrence, guests, and Google Meet
UNITIX Soft CRM can create one event for a confirmed booking, update that event after edits or rescheduling, and delete it after cancellation. Events may contain the meeting title, description, time, location or external meeting link, invited guest emails, recurrence rules, and Google Meet conference details. Google Calendar sends attendee updates when requested by the CRM workflow.
Disconnect and revoke
- Open Bookings → Settings.
- Select Disconnect on Google Calendar.
- UNITIX Soft CRM asks Google to revoke the OAuth grant.
- After revocation or an already-revoked response, UNITIX Soft CRM deletes the local access token, refresh token, expiry, and granted scopes.
Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes Google access and removes the locally stored OAuth tokens and scopes. Existing CRM records and Google Calendar events are not automatically deleted.
Data and support
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser. UNITIX Soft CRM stores the connected email, calendar identifier, granted scopes, token expiry, Google event identifiers and links, Meet links, and safe synchronization status only as needed to operate the integration. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
