Stop new Facebook and Instagram processing
An authorized business administrator can remove UNITIX Soft CRM from the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account in Meta Business settings. UNITIX can also remove the corresponding webhook subscription and server-side access token. After access is removed, CRM stops receiving new messages and cannot send replies through that account.
Request deletion
Email support@unitixsoft.pro with the subject Meta data deletion request. Identify the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account and the relevant CRM workspace or conversation. Do not send passwords, App Secrets, access tokens, authorization codes, or webhook signatures. We may verify your identity and authority over the business account before deleting data.
Data covered
A verified request may cover Meta-scoped sender identifiers, available names and usernames, profile-picture URLs, messages, attachment links and types, timestamps, delivery identifiers, connected Page or Instagram account identifiers, CRM notifications, reply tasks, and related audit entries. Deleting a complete Lead also removes its saved Meta conversations and messages from the active CRM database.
Timing and retention
Verified deletion requests are processed without undue delay, subject to identity verification and contractual, security, tax, legal, or dispute obligations. Operational database backups are retained for no more than 14 days, and full and release recovery backups for no more than 30 days. Backup copies are access-restricted, are not used for normal processing, and expire with the applicable backup cycle.
