Disconnect Google Calendar
Open Bookings → Settings and select Disconnect on Google Calendar. UNITIX Soft CRM sends a revocation request to Google. If Google reports the token is already expired or revoked, Disconnect still completes safely. A temporary provider or network failure preserves the local connection so revocation can be retried.
Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes Google access and removes the locally stored OAuth tokens and scopes. Existing CRM records and Google Calendar events are not automatically deleted.
Request deletion
Email support@unitixsoft.pro from the email associated with your UNITIX Soft CRM account, using the subject Google data deletion request. Identify the workspace and whether the request covers Google integration data, related CRM meeting records, or the full account. We may verify identity and authority before deletion.
Do not send passwords, authorization codes, Client Secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, or ID tokens.
Data covered
Depending on the verified request and retention obligations, Google-related data may include the connected email, calendar identifier, granted scopes, encrypted OAuth credentials, expiry, Google event identifiers and links, Meet links, synchronization status, CRM-linked meeting details, and limited audit records.
Retention
Active OAuth credentials are removed at Disconnect. Database backups are retained for no more than 14 days, and full and release recovery backups are retained for no more than 30 days. Encrypted backup copies are access-restricted, are not used for normal processing, and expire when the applicable backup is removed. Business and audit records may be retained where required for contract, security, tax, legal, or dispute purposes.
