Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of UNITIX Soft CRM, booking, Zoom, and Google integrations.

Effective date: 5 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. The Service

These Terms govern your access to UNITIX Soft CRM, a service operated by Unitix Agency LLC, including sales management, tasks, email tools, public booking pages, Zoom, Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations, and related support. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

UNITIX Soft processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which describes the information accessed through Google, Zoom, and other integrations, the purposes of processing, retention, deletion, security, and user rights.

2. Accounts and user responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security measures, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for users you authorize and for having a lawful basis and all necessary notices or consents to upload, process, contact, or schedule with other people through the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation, provider terms, and applicable privacy, communications, export, and intellectual-property laws.

Prohibited activities

  • Illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, credential theft, malware, or security attacks.
  • Accessing another account or data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering or interfering with the Service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Using Zoom or Google integrations in violation of their terms or granted permissions.
  • Uploading content that infringes rights or exposes sensitive data without authority.

4. Integrations

Optional third-party integrations depend on the availability, permissions, and rules of their providers.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

When you connect Google, you authorize UNITIX Soft to check Free/Busy availability and to create, read, update, or delete only calendar events owned by the authorizing Google user, including CRM-linked recurrence, attendee invitations, and Google Meet conference details. Each Google connection belongs to the CRM user who authorized it; administrators and other users cannot implicitly operate through that user's Google credentials.

Zoom

When you connect Zoom, you authorize UNITIX Soft to read the connected user's basic Zoom profile and to create, update, or delete meetings owned by that authorized Zoom user according to the permissions granted. UNITIX Soft does not receive permission to manage meetings owned by other Zoom users.

You may revoke an integration through UNITIX Soft's Disconnect control or through the provider's account controls. Google Disconnect first requests revocation of the Google grant and then removes the local OAuth credentials.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant UNITIX Soft a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide and protect the Service. UNITIX Soft and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, and improvements. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, emergencies, third-party outages, or security events may affect availability. We may modify features and will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting paid use.

7. Fees

Any paid plan, renewal, tax, and cancellation terms presented at purchase or in an order form form part of these Terms. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already provided.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Deletion requests are processed as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited contractual, security, tax, legal, dispute, and backup-retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that may harm the Service or others. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. UNITIX Soft is not responsible for third-party services or user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNITIX Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. UNITIX Soft’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law provides otherwise. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Questions may be sent to support@unitixsoft.pro or hello@unitixsoft.pro.
