Google Calendar Troubleshooting

Safe troubleshooting steps for Google OAuth, missing scopes, Free/Busy, event synchronization, Meet links, and revocation.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Reconnect required

Open Bookings → Settings, select Reconnect, and approve all three minimum permissions. Confirm the connected Google email before continuing.

OAuth or redirect error

Retry from Booking Settings, allow redirects and pop-ups, and ensure the configured redirect URI exactly matches the Google Cloud OAuth client for the current environment. Never copy the callback query string into a support message.

Busy time is not blocked

Confirm the intended Google account is connected, the event is on the connected primary calendar, the timezone and booking window are correct, and calendar.freebusy is granted.

Event or Google Meet is missing

Confirm the meeting owner has connected Google Calendar, Google Meet is selected where needed, the event belongs to the connected user, and the connection does not require reconnecting. Retry after authorization.

Disconnect failed

A temporary Google or network error may prevent safe revocation. Retry Disconnect. Already-expired or already-revoked tokens are handled automatically. Local credentials are not deleted after a temporary revocation failure so revocation can be retried.

Contact support safely

Email support@unitixsoft.pro with the step, approximate time and timezone, browser, HTTP status, and visible error. Do not send passwords, callback URLs with query strings, Client Secrets, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, ID tokens, or bearer headers.
